Zesto has been serving Jefferson City for over 60 years.  From its early beginnings at the corner of Missouri Blvd and Hwy 50/63 when folks came for the soft serve ice cream to today, when you can get everything from ice cream to BBQ, Zesto has continued to provide a great place for family and friends to meet and enjoy outstanding food at a reasonable price.

Today, Zesto South is carrying on that long-standing tradition by offering a wide array of menu options not available at other food service establishments.  While we still offer that great soft serve ice cream and foot long chili dogs, we also offer a wide array of sandwich items and some of the best BBQ specialties you will ever eat.  Our award winning BBQ recipes are the result of years of competition cooking and are second to none in the area.

Championship BBQ and Catering

In 2004, championship quality BBQ was added to the menu. We have won over 200 awards from competitive BBQ contests all over the midwest and nationally.  The response was been outstanding.  After numerous requests, Zesto started catering our BBQ menu.  Today, we cater everything from picnics to office parties, staff meetings to weddings.

In 2009, we expanded our catering services to include more than just BBQ and the response has been amazing.  In 2010, we added our new formal occasion/wedding menu under the name Unique Catering and have already experienced tremendous growth in that area of the business.
